I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, finding the rooms to be small but quiet and very comfortable. The service was extremely helpful, especially during the metro line closure. The location was fairly convenient for my needs, and the dining experience was a positive highlight. However, the lack of drawer space in the room was a downside for travelers with luggage, and the delay in providing a table fan was a bit bothersome.
